Adobe Acrobat offers full editing capabilities, allowing you to edit text and images, add/remove pages, change the display order, and more.

Here's how to use Adobe Acrobat:

Open a file in Acrobat.
For text/image alterations, click the Edit PDF tool in the right pane:
- Click the text or image you wish to edit. Acrobat will display the necessary tools.
- Add or edit text on the page. Lines and paragraphs will reflow automatically, or you can click and drag to resize elements.
- Add, replace, move, or resize images on the page using selections from the 'Objects' list.
- Use the Link, Headers and Footers, Watermark, or Background tool to further edit your PDF.
To reorganise, add, and delete pages, click the Organise Pages tool in the right pane:
- To reorganize, drag and drop pages into position.
- To delete, hover over the page and select the 'Trash' icon.
- To add a page, select the page before the page you wish to add, then select 'Insert' from the top pane.
